Frequently asked questions about the partner program.
How are my commissions calculated?
Commissions are based on which conversion trigger you use (coupon code or link) Every time one of your customers clicks on your Probioform link and buys a product, or uses the coupon code, you get a commission. You can check your commission inside your account. For link conversion triggers: Some customers will click on your link out of “interest” but not make a purchase. If they come directly to the health page after their “interested” click, you will still receive commission as long as it is within 60 days of their first “interested” click. This is only on the first purchase. The period of 60 days is called “cookie return days”. This 60-day return period allows partners (you) to receive rewards for referring customers, even if they don’t buy the first time. It also allows you to still be rewarded when they go directly to seekhealth.com after seeing your link
Who can join Probioform's partner program?
You must have an active: • website / blog or social media platform that is health-centred and has a message that harmonizes with ours. Blogs, email campaigns, online stores, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are all great platforms to use! •You must have a PayPal account where we can pay out what you have earned (to be paid to you) •A copy of tax documents •Passion holistic health and determination to inspire your followers!
Why was my application rejected?
There can be several reasons why your application is rejected. If you are not accepted, consider the following reasons: • Your company’s mission or purpose does not match Probioform’s message or your customer base is too small • Probioform could not access your website or other platforms • Your website is not live yet • It is inappropriate or incorrect information on your website • You operate a business outside Norway (tax legislative presence).
What if I use Instagram or another non-linkable site as my educational platform?
We offer coupon codes as an alternative to links as a conversion trigger. When you apply for our program you can explain which platform you use and our team can set up a solution that suits you.
Can my account be terminated?
Yes, our team is on the lookout for partners who do not meet our requirements and provide misleading information.
It is also not allowed to set up an account to buy from yourself just to get a discount. This will be discussed with each individual partner before the account is possibly deleted.
