You get points on all purchases from us (not samples/gift cards), and you can use these as a discount. 10 points = 1 krone in discount. If you write a review on a product you have purchased, you also earn points. Remember that you must always log in to both see and use them.

You can choose between individual products or create packages. Individual products have a discount of up to 25%, while packages have a discount of up to 30%. The health club is a loyalty program where you collect points that you can use as payment in the online store. In addition, you get discounts and other benefits, as well as general and specially adapted offers based on your preferences.

By having a registered customer account and being subscribed to our newsletter, you are automatically a member. As a member, you get the health voucher when you shop at probioform.us. You get 2% of the purchase price as health points, i.e. if you shop for NOK 1,000, you get 200 health points. 10 health points = NOK 1, which can be used as a discount the next time you shop. Easily!

The health points accumulate on your account page, where you can keep up to date on your earned points. The health points cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards and purchases paid with health points do not give health points.

By having a fixed delivery, you automatically become a VIP health member.

As a VIP member, you get extra benefits in addition to the membership benefits. You always get free shipping on your orders regardless of the purchase price + more surprises.

There are no purchase requirements to be a customer/member in our online store. VIP status is automatically given as an extra benefit to customers with a VIP Package and will in no way charge or demand anything beyond this from the customer.

Probioform health club is a free membership. As a member, all purchases are registered to your account with health points that you can later use as a payment method. Membership in Probioform’s health club is personal and cannot be transferred to others, and membership is only available to private individuals who have reached the age of 18. The same person can only hold one membership in Probioform’s health club, and the membership benefits only apply to purchases for their own household.

Change of membership conditions Probioform Norge AS reserves the right to change the conditions for Probioform’s health club. Changes to membership terms will be notified at probioform.us one month before the change of terms takes effect. The terms applicable at all times will be available on this page.
